STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG Nation™ instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.

STRONG Nation™ also has options to suit your specific goals. The original STRONG Nation™ class is a demanding hour-long session that works your entire body. It’s ideal for hitting your ultimate fitness goals — and then making new ones. STRONG Nation™ also has a 30-minute class option that still packs a total-body workout into 30 minutes. This efficient and focused class helps you fit fitness into any schedule.

Booty, butt, derriere, backside, rump, fanny, tush. So many different names for the one body part everyone wants to tone and build :)

By far the largest and strongest group of muscles in your body, the gluteals and the hamstrings work together to extend, rotate and abduct the hip. They also contribute to stabilization of the pelvis, in particular during walking, running and climbing. A well-trained rear end isn’t just nice to look at.

Strong glutes and hamstrings can help improve posture, alleviate lower back, hip and knee pain, enhance athletic performance, reduce bone density loss and even eliminate that stubborn abdominal pooch. What’s more, because muscle burns more calories at rest than fat does, increasing lean muscle mass via glutes training can accelerate fat loss and help to keep it off.

All pretty good arguments for training your glutes, don't you think?

Burn up to 400 calories in 20 minutes: That's what you'll get from a kettlebell workoutA kettlebell looks like a cast-iron cannonball with a handle on top. They come in various weights. You'll use them as you do things like lunges, lifts, and shoulder presses. The workout gets your heart pumping and uses up to 20 calories per minute: about as much as running a 6-minute mile.

Kettlebell workouts offer a lot of flexibility. You can include a few of the moves in your own workout or do a dedicated kettlebell workout a few times a week.

Believe it or not, you can get effective exercise from a chair. Whether it’s from your office, the comfort of your own home or in a class format, chair exercises are a great low-impact way to incorporate movement into your routine.

Most people can burn 120 to 250 calories in a 32-minute session, and with weights or resistance bands the calorie burn is even more. But you can also take a nice break and just stretch in a sitting position. Get your RESET today!

take the HIIT STEP (2).png

Full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.

In a HIIT AND STEP workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout!
